Thank you again for the session, after you left we had a team building activity, it was great to put the “colors” in action in a team activity, we carried the dialogue on the model and how to enhance team effectiveness in the evening. We had a VERY DIFFERENT team dynamic the next morning. The session was very impactful and resulted in direct behavior changes.. this team is great at integrating learning and turn to action on the spot. I will keep it alive and make it part of our culture.

On behalf of the entire team, I wanted to thank you for an amazing training session last Thursday. We sent out a quick survey to everyone that attended the seminar, and in the survey, one of the questions was how they rated Peak Performance and another was their highlight of the seminar. I can tell you that Peak is scoring 90% 10 on 10 and is a recurring top highlight for a large number of our staff. I truly believe that what we accomplished with the evaluation and the facilitation is quite remarkable. First off, people couldn’t get over how accurate the results were. I kept hearing it was “downright scary”! “I feel like Peak has been living with me for the last 30 years.” Secondly, I believe this foray into self-awareness will pay us significant dividends for years to come.
